I like candy!

Kathleen and her friend, Mia, made white chocolate truffles the other day at Mia's house. Mia really knows her way around the kitchen and was totally in charge of the entire task, from melting the chocolate to crushing walnuts with a mortar and pestle. Kathleen took direction well and enjoyed being the sous chef. We have yet to taste the final product, but I am sure they will be delicious. The process of making them sure was fun!
