La Petite Table

While my parents were visiting us in Eygalieres, we definitely had to go to La Petite Table for at least one meal. It is one of our favorite places in the world to eat, and definitely our favorite place in Provence! Jean Paul and Beatrice Tossens started the charming little restaurant in May when they moved here from Belgium. Since then, we have become great friends and had the pleasure of enjoying many delicious meals prepared by Jean Paul. Of course, he did not disappoint when we went there with my parents last week...everything was delicious starting with the aperitif de la maison, straight through the main meal of pasta and wonderfully fresh mushrooms for Bucky, my mom and me and "the best veal he has ever had" for my dad...We then moved on to the delectable desserts that included a panna cotta that had my dad oohing and ahhing about for hours! A wonderful meal prepared and served by wonderful people we are proud to know. Bon appetit!
