Dancing in Aix

During the past month, Kathleen has participated in two dance competitions in Aix en Provence. The latest was held on May 1st at the Theatre du Jeu de Paume. The competition was fierce, but Kathleen held her own in classique and jazz! She did a wonderful job and had a great time. She was awarded with an Encouragement for her jazz dance. A couple of weeks before that, she competed in tap and pointe at the Pasino, a casino in Aix. We didn't win any money at the slot machines (I actually didn't play but Kathelyn and Elyane did!), but Kathleen won two third place medals for her tap and pointe performances! Kathleen, Kathelyn, Elyane and I also enjoyed a nice dinner together in Venice (aka the Italian restaurant in the casino that is made to look like you are in Venice!). Felicitations to Kathleen!
