Garlic galore

Bucky recently harvested the garlic and hung it up to dry in the garage. He produced a plethora of the pungent plant this year so we were happy to learn that Eleanor is an expert garlic braider! She learned the skill while living in France a number of years ago and was able to help us out when she came to visit. Produce from our garden is always a nice gift for friends and the garlic can be quite bulky so braiding it was a great idea! One afternoon, Eleanor showed Kathleen how to do it and now we have a nice supply of gorgeous garlic to gift! Merci Eleanor!
