Parc Sutter

Lyon is a beautiful city full of museums, markets and parks! There are parks and areas to play in all over the city! The other day, Emmanuelle, Josepha and Josepha's friend, Naomi, introduced us to Parc Sutter which is about two blocks away from our apartment. Croix-Rousse (our neighborhood) is located on a huge hill, and the people of Lyon have done a wonderful job of making good use of all of the spaces in the city, including Parc Sutter. It is built into the hill...You enter at the top and there are lots of stairs and slides that take you down throughout the park. There are also lots of benches for mommies and daddies to sit on while their children play. It is really a lovely place for an outing and we feel lucky to have it right here in the neighborhood!
